Answer. Starting from EMBC 2007, all submissions for EMBS sponsored conferences are required to be in US Letter paper size. It is important to note that to create a PDF file that is US Letter, yolu will need to adjust the settings on the software you are using to create output from Word or TeX document. Simply using the provided templates will not be sufficient. Please see the PDF support pages for further information on this.
Answer. Once again, each conference sets its own page limit. This information appears on the conference website rather than here, please consult the conference home page for further information on page limits for this conference. Note that most conferences are placing restrictions on number of pages for initial submissions and you will not be able to upload the file if it exceeds this limit.
Answer. The conference recommends that authors try to keep the final version of their manuscript below 500 KB. This is to prevent the need of multiple CDs or DVD format for the proceedings. In exceptional cases larger files are acceptable. File larger than 2 MB cannot be uploaded through the manuscript submission system.
Answer. While the IEEE now supports multimedia files for proceedings, offering this option is left to individual conference. Please contact your conference administrators to see if they are willing to include mutlimedia content in future conferences.
